Interboro Partners is a New York City-based urban design, planning and architecture group founded
in 2002 by four graduates of the Harvard Graduate School of Design. Their subject is the
extraordinary, exciting complexity of the contemporary city, which they engage
through writing, teaching and professional practice. Interboro's working
process combines expertise in global development trends with sensitive and
rigorous analysis of local dynamics.
Interboro is currently led by Tobias Armborst, Daniel D’Oca, and Georgeen Theodore. They have won many awards for their innovative projects, including the MoMA PS1 Young Architects Program, the AIA New York Chapter’s New Practices Award, and the Architectural League’s Emerging Voices and Young Architects Awards.
