Join Design Trust for Public Space and Macaulay Honors to celebrate a new photography exhibition exploring public spaces that feel like home!

The Design Trust for Public Space Photo Urbanism program offers fellowships to local photographers to showcase unique perspectives on the public spaces of NYC. Our 2026 theme, Home Without Boundaries, explores shared spaces of gathering that evoke the feelings, memory, and rituals of home. In partnership with the Macaulay’s Honor College at CUNY, eight students were selected to participate in a paid week-long photography workshop, led by local photographer and Design Trust Photo Urbanism Fellow Barnabas Crosby.

Join us for an opening reception of the Home Without Boundaries exhibition to meet and celebrate the photographers, explore their work, and learn more about the program.

Light refreshments included! 5-630PM at the Macaulay Honors College Lecture Hall, 35 W 67th St, 1st Floor, New York, NY 10023 (Due to ongoing construction, this venue is not currently wheelchair accessible.)
