Artist Bio  (b.1943, Tennessee; Lives in NYC) One of the first photographers to shoot her subjects with a "snapshot aesthetic", Goldin's photos of NYC's various subcultures in the late 1970's and 80's were highly influential on art and fashion photography in the following decades.
