You won't want to miss this very special opportunity to tour of the Lowline Lab before it closes for good on February 28th!

Join the Design Trust Council members as Lowline Co-Founder and Creator James Ramsey talks about the The Lab, initially launched in October 2015 as a sneak preview of the Lowline project—a sprawling underground green space slated to take over an abandoned trolley terminal.

The Lowline Lab is an open laboratory and technical exhibit designed to test and showcase how the Lowline will grow and sustain plants underground. Built inside an abandoned market on the Lower East Side, just two blocks from the site of the proposed future Lowline, the Lab includes a series of controlled experiments in an environment mimicking the actual site and conditions. Ramsey will also provide insight into the Lowline’s next chapter in creating this distinctive subterranean park.
