LinkNYC

The Design Trust Council members are invited for breakfast at Intersection’s downtown offices in the Woolworth Building to learn about LinkNYC – the innovative public-private partnership transforming the way the public engages on the City’s sidewalks.

LinkNYC is bringing the fastest free public Wi-Fi ever offered to millions of New Yorkers and visitors. Jen Hensley, Link’s General Manager, will provide an inside look at this first-of-its-kind communications network that will generate more than $500 million in revenue for the City of New York, through advertising sales within the initiative’s first 12 years.

As the largest municipal media company in the U.S., Intersection partners with municipal authorities in the country’s top markets to help cities thrive. With initiatives like LinkNYC, they work with cities to transform the customer experience, improve operations, and drive new revenue.
