Launched in the fall of 2006, the Design Trust Council is the new intellectual and financial leadership group of the Design Trust for Public Space. Council membership will demonstrate your commitment to the civic life of New York City and the public spaces where our shared experience unfolds. Specially designed social and educational events will showcase cutting-edge projects with insight provided by visionaries -- urban thinkers, architects, planners, graphic designers, real estate developers, artists, and more --whose work impacts our public built environment.
Membership dues provide vital operating support for the Design Trust for Public Space and are tax-deductible to the extent provided by law. Membership benefits and levels are as follows:
Individual Membership — $1,000
• One invitation to the Design Trust Council annual event, specially designed for members
• One invitation to additional events throughout the year, including lectures and social gatherings
• Advance distribution of all Design Trust publications
• Individual acknowledgment in all printed Council materials and on the Design Trust website
